Registry Terms of Use
The terms on which UMFO gives families and companies access to the Service Provider Registry (reestr.umfo.eu). Version 1.0. Effective from 20 October 2026.
1. About the registry
The registry is a directory of firms that families turn to on capital, structures and succession: legal and tax advisers, family offices, banks, asset managers, relocation specialists and others. It is run by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “FOUNDERS LEAGUE” (EDRPOU code 43411238, office 10, 4b Yaroslavska St., Kyiv 04071, Ukraine), trading as UMFO (“UMFO”, “we”).
By registering or using the registry you accept these terms. How we process data is set out in the Registry Privacy Policy.
2. What a profile is, and what it is not
- Profiles are compiled from public sources; each shows whether it is maintained by UMFO from research or by the company itself. We aim for accuracy but do not guarantee that the information is complete or current.
- A profile is not a recommendation, a rating or an advertisement. Being listed does not mean UMFO has verified the quality of a company's services, its licences or its reputation.
- The registry is not legal, tax, investment or other professional advice. You decide yourself whether to approach a company and on what terms; check licences and terms directly with the company.
- UMFO takes no fee or commission from companies for a listing or for an introduction to a family. Should paid formats ever appear, they will be clearly labelled and will not affect the order or content of profiles.
- Some texts are machine-translated and marked as such. In case of discrepancy, the original prevails.
3. Your account
- The full registry opens after registration. Give truthful details; one account per person.
- You sign in with a link sent to your email. Do not forward these links to others.
- You can sign out at any time and ask us to delete your account — see the Privacy Policy, section 7.
4. For families and visitors
- The “Request via UMFO” button passes your request to the UMFO partners. We do not pass your contact details to the company until both sides agree to an introduction.
- You may contact a company directly using the details in its profile — that is a relationship between you and the company, and UMFO takes no part in it.
- You may not: copy or export the registry in bulk (automatically or by hand), resell or republish its data, use contacts from profiles for mass mailings, or circumvent rate limits.
5. For companies
- A company can take over its profile through the link in an invitation or the “This is my company” form. Only a person authorised by the company may submit its details.
- Submitted details are published after review by the UMFO partners. We may decline or shorten details that are inaccurate, promotional, infringe the rights of others or breach these terms; we will tell you the reason.
- The company is responsible for the accuracy of what it submits and for having the right to publish the names, contacts and materials it provides.
- A company can ask us to correct its profile, remove specific details or remove the profile from the registry at tg@umfo.eu. To stop invitation emails, reply to the email with one word.
- By submitting a description and other texts, the company allows UMFO, free of charge, to display them in the registry and to translate and abridge them without changing their meaning, for as long as the profile is published.
6. Rights in the registry
The structure, design, UMFO's own texts and the compilation of data belong to UMFO. Individual facts from profiles may be quoted with a link to the registry; systematic reproduction of the database without UMFO's written consent is not permitted. Company names and marks belong to their owners.
7. Availability and liability
- The registry is provided “as is”, free of charge. We may change it, suspend it or restrict access, including for breaches of these terms.
- To the extent permitted by law, UMFO is not liable for the services of listed companies, for decisions made on the basis of profiles, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that a consumer cannot waive under the law of the country where they live.
8. Changes, governing law and disputes
- We will announce material changes on this page and by email to registered users. If you keep using the registry after a change, you accept it.
- These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the consumer's country of residence. We try to settle disputes by correspondence first; failing that, they go to the Ukrainian courts at the controller's place of business (Kyiv), and a consumer may also bring a claim in the courts of their own country where the law allows.
